Over the next 21 days, you will be guided through self-reflection to uncover and overcome self-sabotaging mindsets. This program empowers you to adopt and sustain a healthy, holistic life, fostering leadership development. The instructor's mission is to equip you with self-coaching skills, encouraging introspection and challenging questions to facilitate your deep and meaningful growth both personally and professionally. At the end of your 21-days, you will have 3 additional months of executive coaching, once a month to ensure that you have the support you need and are maintaining momentum with executing your self-care strategy.
