In this faith-based course, you'll embark on a transformative journey, navigating your personal, spiritual, mental, and physical growth. Over the next 21 days, you will be guided through self-reflection to uncover and overcome self-sabotaging mindsets. This program empowers you to adopt and sustain a healthy, holistic life, fostering leadership development. The instructor's mission is to equip you with self-coaching skills, encouraging introspection and challenging questions to facilitate your deep and meaningful growth both personally and professionally. At the end of your 21-days, you will have 3 additional months of executive coaching, once a month to ensure that you have the support you need and are maintaining momentum with executing your self-care strategy.

Dr. Shannon Harrington, Ph.D, MSN, BSN, RN, NASM-CPT is the owner of T.R.Y. Again Health and Fitness, LLC., and a Speaker, Author and Transformational Life Coach. Through collaboration with Dr. Shannon Harrington, women can undergo a transformative process, renewing their minds to shed any weight hindering them from fully embracing their best selves and purpose as leaders, enabling them to play full out.Dr. Harrington completed her undergraduate education at Old Dominion University and holds graduate degrees from the University of Virginia; a Master’s in Nursing with a concentration in Health Systems Management, and a nursing doctorate. Dr. Harrington also completed a post-doctoral research fellowship with a joint appointment at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute/Harvard Cancer Center/UMass Boston. Her research interests include healthcare disparities, quality of care, breast cancer, health promotion/disease prevention, and the impact of poor nutrition and lack of exercise on health outcomes. Dr. Harrington is passionate about living and teaching leadership development and the power of transforming yourself, by transforming your mind.
